Every book comes with a 7-day money-back promise. If it isn't for you, for any reason at all, you get every cent back.

How to ask for a refund

Within 7 days of buying, send one email to margie@margieknowscats.com from, or mentioning, the email address you bought with. You don't need to say why.

What happens next

We refund the full price to the card or payment method you used, usually within two business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

After 7 days

Because the books are instant downloads, refunds are for requests made within 7 days of purchase. If something is wrong with your download after that, write to us anyway and we will put it right.

Trouble downloading?

Search your inbox for "Margie Hollis" to find the email with your download link, and look in the spam folder too. If it isn't there, email us and we will send the files again.
